The Kilachand engineering building is BU’s latest architecture work. It has a very futuristic design. Ever since the reopening of BU’s campus in the fall, this building has been a COVID-19 testing site.
Commonwealth Ave is a great place to drive. You will see heavy traffic around 5-6pm during the work week.
Tsai Performance Center might just look old, but it is truly an iconic building that represents the history of Boston University.

This is BU beach, a place where you can enjoy gathering with close friends, walking your dog, and reading on the grass.
When you walk onto the BU beach, you will find a bridge that connects to the Charles River. You can get a beautiful view of the John Hancock Tower.
The Marsh Plaza is a historic and inspirational space that many students will pass through during the day when they are traveling to and from class.

Gary was born and raised in China. Gary is a second-year Master’s student studying Advertising in the College of Communication at Boston University. Prior to BU, Gary completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio University where he developed passions for commercial photography, marketing, and sales. Gary is a huge fan of basketball. He also loves to explore new places around the world and he plans to have an around-the-world tour once he is out of school. He is also a big foodie; he loves to try and cook different food at his leisure. Gary has a huge passion for photography and graphic design. He used to get up at 5 am to shoot stunning early-bird photos when the lighting is soft and eye-catching. Gary is very excited to be a Photographer of The COMmunicator in the 2020-2021 academic year!
