COM Alumn Jess Scanlon Talks Social Media to PRLab

Jess Scanlon lives and breathes research. Not only did she earn her Master’s degree in communication research at Boston University, but she also spearheaded numerous research projects including PR professional’s source credibility in journalism. When it comes to research, Jess never hesitates to explore unique topics in different fields. Recently, she helped The Mob Museum in Las Vegas measure the success of its opening season.

With her graphic design background, Jess is currently an associate digital strategist at Hill Holiday where she plans social media strategy for clients in the healthcare industry. PRLab was excited to have Jess share her experience in engaging stakeholders through social media, and her love for oxford commas.
